The college affiliated to University of Kerala as a regular arts and science college under self-financing scheme is now standing high in the realms of nation building with the Departments of English, Commerce, Management Studies and Psychology. Since its inception, MDCMI College has moved from content-based to Outcome Based Education, which is a milestone in Higher Education. This learner-centric teaching pedagogy focuses on measuring the student’s performance through the respective programme outcomes after a considerable period of time. The programme outcomes are realised based on the knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired by the learner and shaping them into inquisitive researchers, topical innovators, befitting employees of the upcoming job markets and above all better citizens of this global village.
